Selon la derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le moteur de recherche Adzuna*, les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adzuna.fr\/search?cty=contract&amp;loc=122917\" target=\"_blank\">CDD<\/a> repr\u00e9sentent 86% des embauches (y compris les renouvellements) mais \u00ab\u00a0seulement\u00a0\u00bb 45% des offres d\u2019emploi disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Cette abondance de CDD peut \u00eatre per\u00e7ue comme un signe de pr\u00e9carisation de l\u2019emploi. De plus, le salaire moyen pour un CDD est 25% plus faible que pour un CDI (24 683 \u20ac sans la prime de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 contre 33 070 \u20ac). Qui sont les plus touch\u00e9s\u00a0par les CDD\u00a0? Quels sont les crit\u00e8res qui influent sur le type de contrat\u00a0?<\/p>\n<p><b>Sur le plan g\u00e9ographique, les r\u00e9gions dont l\u2019\u00e9conomie repose essentiellement sur le tourisme (secteur tertiaire) sont celles qui recrutent le plus en CDD<\/b>\u00a0: DOM-TOM (67%), Corse (80%), Provence-Alpes-C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Azur (58.5%) et Bretagne (54.18%).<\/p>\n<p><b>Sur le plan scolaire, les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s de cycle courts Bac+2 sont plus touch\u00e9s par les CDD que les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s Bac+5 ou \u00e9cole d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur<\/b>\u00a0: en effet, pour les Bac+2, plus de la moiti\u00e9 des offres d\u2019emploi sont des contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e d\u00e9termin\u00e9e (51%) tandis que pour les Bac+5, c\u2019est seulement 29% et ce chiffre diminue encore pour les \u00e9coles d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur (15%). Le niveau d\u2019\u00e9tudes a donc un fort impact en ce qui concerne la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<b>La part d\u2019offres d\u2019emploi en CDD d\u00e9cro\u00eet avec le nombre d\u2019ann\u00e9e d\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/b>, allant de 63,41% pour une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019un an \u00e0 17% pour une exp\u00e9rience de 10 ans ou plus. C\u2019est bien la preuve que le CDD est devenu pour beaucoup de jeunes, le passage oblig\u00e9 pour entrer sur le march\u00e9 du travail\u00a0\u00bb affirme Hyacinthe Mutin, Country Manager France
