Global Transportation Technology Services (GTTS) team is looking for a Technical Program Manager to help us build the future. In the GTTS team, you’ll have the opportunity to execute high impact projects with a global foot print that improve customer experience. This role offers the rare opportunity to shape the future of transportation planning and execution on a global scale. We do work that impacts hundreds of Fulfillment Centers (FCs), thousands of associates, and millions of customers across the world. As a TPM, you will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.

We are looking for an enterprising technical program manager who can help us convert the vision into reality. To be successful, you will need to enjoy working with ambiguity, creative and have a passion for customer experience. This role requires you to be able to influence senior leaders of all levels in tech and non-tech.

Global Transportation Tech Services (GTTS) builds technology to support thousands of operators worldwide to design, build and run the best in class Amazon transportation network. We are building intelligent software to make transportation more reliable, faster, and less costly, providing a better and less expensive experience for our customers

Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
· 1+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
· 1+ years experience with project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
· 1+ years leading software development projects with tight schedules and in managing deliverables from multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Masters or MBA in a technical discipline
Availability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
Transportation and/or supply chain domain knowledge.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Kanban or equivalent software development methodologies.
